Individually served to each guest, the set menus showcase Chef Dee Chan’s signature creations, including the Iberico Char Siew Puff Pastry — a Four-Hands collaboration with Chef Choi Hyun-seok — for a refined yum cha session set against sweeping rooftop skyline views.
