The Bar
黑珍珠 The Black Pearl’s beverage menu boasts a specially hand-picked collection of premium teas, perennial cocktails, spirits with prestigious picks such as Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years and Hibiki 30 Years single malt whisky, alongside artisanal Chinese liquor like the Kweichow Moutai 60 Year Old and Dong Qu Huang Jiu 2007. The wine list boasts the likes of champagne from the distinguished houses of Louis Roederer, Dom Perignon, Krug and more, as well as an extensive list of old and new world wines with a focus on Bordeaux and Burgundy.
