This 30 June & 1 July 2026, 黑珍珠 The Black Pearl invites you to an extraordinary 4-hands culinary experience that explores the boundary between tradition and innovation. For two nights only, we present an exclusive 8-course meal featuring the visionary Chef Choi Hyun Seok of CHOI. and our very own Executive Chef Dee Chan.
This collaboration brings together two distinct philosophies: Chef Choi’s experimental brilliance and Chef Dee’s contemporary, refined Cantonese roots. Set against the backdrop of Singapore’s skyline, guests will indulge in a curated sequence of dishes, each crafted to enthrall the modern palate.
