The Bar
黑珍珠 The Black Pearl’s beverage menu boasts a specially hand-picked collection of premium teas, perennial cocktails, spirits with prestigious picks such as Hibiki 30 Years single malt whisky and Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years, alongside artisanal Chinese liquor like the Dong Qu Huang Jiu 2007 and Kweichow Moutai 60 Year Old. The wine list boasts the likes of champagne from the distinguished houses of Dom Perignon, Krug, Louis Roederer, and more, as well as an extensive list of old and new world wines with a focus on Bordeaux and Burgundy.
